Often clients want to know if they qualify for a Chapter 7 or what there estimated Chapter 13 payments would be before deciding whether or bankruptcy is the right option for them. This is often not possible without drafting a significant portion of the petition. Get an idea of what your case would look like prior to deciding whether or not to file, and without having to pay the retainer by having me draft the means test. This requires much more work than just a general consultation, but if you decide to move forward, your retainer agreement will be reduced by the amount you paid for this review.
